Sandy,

You are right. I am glad to hear about you all, too. I have kind of
picked up a few facts here and there, but it will be much easier to
actually get to know you all by name.

Crystal,

Yeah… It was funny that both girls decided to get married in the
same year. My Dad also was very ill, he had a brain hemorage in Nov.
2003. Had just been placed in a Nursing Home in February (Oldest
Daughter got married on Valentine’s Day)…. I had a hysterectomy in
March. Had to have it re-opened and recuperated for next six months…
Youngest Daughter got married Dec.17th. Stressful and hectic. My very
best friend in the whole world came up for both of them. She lives in
Florida and without her help, I am sure that more would have gone
wrong…. She and her husband were awesome… Well enough on that…
And if you just count the months between May and February, you’ll see
they (My DD’s) are at it again. Oldest had baby in May. Youngest due
in February…. May be different years, but not a year apart.

Oh, the stamp floozy part…. I got my very first real stamp in 1985
from Ink-a-Dink-a-Do (I think). Thanks for the liking my cards
comments. I really had fun making them. I really need a challenge or
dare to keep my focus on making cards…. esp. birthday and other all
occasion cards…. Now that my Mom and Dad have both passed, I think
it is my duty to see to this for my family….

Enjoy the snow. I know I would love to see Colorado Snow for sure. It
looks like we will possibly see Arkansas Snow again this winter…
Usually if we have snow flurries this early, we are in for a really
bad winter… so we will have to wait and see….

CathyR,

I also used to do a lot of different types of stuff.. I never did Knit
but I crocheted and sew. Crocheting hurts my hands worse than writing,
so I don’t do it as often. A friend here keeps trying to get me
involved in cross stitching in a group… but mostly I end up teaching
it or helping everyone fix their mistakes. I love to do both, but my
love is more in doing the actual Cross Stitching. DH just recently
bought me a lighted magnifying glass to assist me. It was a great
help. Lighting is very important. In the past 7 years, the lighting
has not been adequate enough to do a lot of Cross Stitching, but the
light really helps…. so when I get my actual craft room back
together, I will probably do more of all my favorite crafts.

OK. I think that was chatty enough for this post. I did see a couple
of bios from regular members…. THANKS! It does help… It might help
too much though………… don’t give too much away that your secret
santa recipients guess your identities…..
